The Front Entrance Advisory Group, in partnership with the Sea Colony Board of Directors, is pleased to collaborate with Storm Smart, of Lake Worth Beach, on an exciting enhancement for our community. Storm Smart has generously offered to provide and install Bahama Shutters for the guardhouse at no cost—representing an estimated $3,000 value.

In appreciation, they have asked for the opportunity to visit our community, provide lunch, and briefly introduce their product lines to interested residents. The complimentary shutters are not contingent on any sales or purchases.

As always, the board remains committed to being fiscally responsible and pursuing opportunities that positively benefit the community. We are simply inviting residents to consider attending this one-hour presentation to help support this effort.
